3. Subscriptions and Purchases

a. Subscriptions

By subscribing to our services, you agree to receive a monthly kit or digital product based on your chosen subscription plan. The subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it through your account or by contacting us at least seven (7) days before your next billing date.

b. Billing and Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of purchase or subscription renewal, which will be charged automatically via your selected payment method. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

c. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations will apply to future charges only and will not result in a refund for any unfulfilled portion of the current billing period.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within Australia and, where available, internationally. Shipping times and costs are subject to change and may vary based on your location. Healing is a Journey - Survival Kits is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by external factors, including but not limited to customs clearance or local postal services.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our products are carefully curated and personalised, so refunds are only granted under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Damaged items upon delivery (photographic evidence required within 7 days of receipt).
  • Faulty items.

Return and Refund Policy

 

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Digital products, such as downloadable content or online courses, are non-refundable unless proven to be defective or inaccessible.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at care@healingisajourney.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost during the return process.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Item Sent: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

4. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

Subscription services can be cancelled at any time. However, refunds for partially fulfilled subscription periods will not be issued. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled renewal date.
